Join us for a reading of Kevin Major’s classic story, The House of Wooden Santas and a visit to see all 24 Santas from the book. After the reading enjoy some family fun holiday crafts.
The House of Wooden Santas is a deeply felt story about belief in oneself and others, and the spirit of the Season. The book shares how the carvings of Imelda George led Kevin to write this Christmas classic, photographed by Ned Pratt.
Tickets: Adult $12 (+HST), Child/Youth $6 (+HST). Free for Rooms Members. Ticket includes admission to The Rooms galleries. Get your tickets online or by calling 709-757-8090.

A holiday tradition! Enjoy an afternoon gathering of friends old and new as we feature one of our favourite Christmas CBC Land and Sea episodes, The Mummers Show, featuring the music of Simani. A cup of tea and piece of Christmas cake are included in the cost.
